Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! NIUNIU DADDY ships to the United States and many international destinations. Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days for most U.S. addresses and 7–15 business days internationally, although customs or carrier delays may affect delivery times.

Which plush weight should I choose?
Our 3.3 lb option offers a gentler weighted cuddle and is easier to carry, while the 5 lb option provides a heavier, more noticeable weighted feel. Choose the option that feels most comfortable and can be lifted and moved easily by the person using it.
What ages are your weighted plushies recommended for?
Age recommendations may vary by product, so please check the individual product page before purchasing. Many of our weighted companions, including the Weighted Duck, are recommended for ages 3 and up. Never use a product below its stated age recommendation.
How do I clean my weighted plush?
Care instructions vary by product. Many of our weighted plush companions should be spot cleaned with a damp cloth and left to air dry flat. Please check the care instructions on the individual product page, and do not machine wash a plush unless it is specifically marked as machine washable.
What’s your return policy?
Unused and unwashed items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain in their original condition with all tags and packaging. Please contact support@niuniudaddy.com before sending anything back. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
